The staff, extremely helpful and kind. Assistance with luggage and extra pillow provided. Delicious vegan breakfast of boiled rice. Convenient location near the pier. Calm atmosphere and beautiful fish pond. Nice little resort. Complimentary motorbike/sidecar taxi rides. Upgraded room provided.

The location of this resort is outstanding for those who want to be close to the pier and the travel agency. It's just a quick walk away from all the eating places and the ferry. the staff is very friendly and helpful. They transported us in their vehicle to the nearby travel agency. The deluxe rooms offer excellent value for a short stay. They are very comfortable and worth the upgrade cost.
The resort needs to improve the basic facilities such as the water pressure in the shower and room amenities.

The location was convenient for our plans, as it was only a short walk to the pier. the staff were friendly and helped us find a good place to eat nearby. the rooms were tidy and well-maintained.
There were no options for evening meals at the hotel. the water pressure in our shower was very low, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

The location of this hotel was perfect as it was very close to the pier and easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable by offering us free rides to nearby places. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms, which had all the basic amenities that we needed. Another great feature was the affordable price of the room which was excellent value for money.
We wished the hotel had an on-site restaurant as we had to rely on the nearby restaurant that was open which had limited options. we were bothered by the mosquitoes in the room, so make sure to bring insect repellent.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was very close to the ferry pier, which made it easier for us to catch the earliest ferry. Additionally, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they even upgraded our room and provided us with a free motorbike/sidecar taxi to get around nearby places. We also appreciated the staff's help in arranging transportation to the travel agency after our checkout.
Nothings to complain about.
